In 2020, 580,468 thousand tenge was allocated for the implementation of the "program for the development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 "Enbek".
As of October 1, 2020, 9,489 people applied to the employment center for employment assistance, 4,682 of them were covered by state support measures, of which 2,069 people were employed: for permanent work, 304 for youth practice, 1,844 for public works, 175 received state grants for the implementation of new business ideas, 39 received social work, 36 were sent to short-term courses, 200 were sent to courses on the Bastau – Business project, and 14 people received a loan. During the reporting period, 3,867 people were registered as unemployed citizens.
