The city park of culture and Recreation hosted an event dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the park.

The event, held within the framework of the city day, was attended by Deputy akims of Uralsk Bakhytzhan Narymbetov, Miras Mulkay Rustemovich and invited guests. During the event, Narymbetov Bakhytzhan Haberovich made a congratulatory speech and congratulated the audience on the holiday. The opening ceremony of the memorial plaque, installed on an oak tree with a 180-year history, was held. The honor of opening this sign was awarded to a veteran of the environmental sector Uteshov Nariman Suleimenovich.

The anniversary event was decorated by melodic works of the city ensemble of violinists. A photo exhibition of the famous photographer, ecologist Mikhail Spiegelman was created and presented to the public.

In addition, during the event, a memorandum of further cooperation was signed between the West Kazakhstan ecological and Geographical Society and the city park of culture and Recreation. Within the framework of this memorandum, Sariyev Darkhan Sundetkalievich presented the arboretum passport to Sakenov Zhasulan Nurlybekovich, director of the city park of culture and Recreation.

Then deputy mayor of Uralsk Bakhytzhan Haberovich Narymbetov presented a special letter of thanks on behalf of the mayor of the city to the best employees and active members of the Working Group who contributed to the development of the park.
