A reminder to the public when suspicious persons are detected
Signs indicating the planning or preparation of an act of terrorism:
the repeated appearance of suspicious persons in the surroundings of the building where you work (often visit), or in the courtyard of the house, taking photos and videos, as well as notes in a notebook;
attempts to avoid meeting with law enforcement officers and evade surveillance cameras (lowered his head, turned away, covered his face);
penetration into basements and attics of buildings by persons who are not related to their maintenance;
unreasonable entry of strangers into contact with security guards and maintenance personnel of administrative and residential buildings, finding out from them information about the working hours, security measures, etc.;
search by outsiders for people who are ready to perform insignificant work for a substantial fee (package transfer, package, parcels).
In case of detection of suspicious persons, it is necessary to perform the following actions:
Do not accept independent attempts to detain;
Immediately report them to law enforcement agencies;
Without attracting attention, record the number of persons, the exact signs of appearance, clothing and items available to them, the brands and numbers of cars used, the direction of movement.
