Training of school mediators

📚 A problem in which delinquency and violence among schoolchildren are widespread. "School mediation" was launched and supported in order to stop the problems, the relevance of which has not disappeared. Mediation is an important trend of today. The mediator is an independent person who attaches great importance to education. The parties involved in mediation can find the optimal solution by referring to the experience, knowledge and skills of the mediator. Modern educational institutions cooperating with all interested parties should not only provide knowledge, but also educate the individual. Knowledge means solving a large-scale problem. Therefore, the modern direction of mediation is not alien to us. In order to organize the work of school mediation in Gagarin High School, Asubulak Secondary School, M. Auezov Secondary School, school mediators were trained and certificates were awarded. A total of 116 school mediators have been trained.
