Teaching mastery is a professional ability to optimize all types of educational and training activities, to direct them to the versatile development and improvement of the personality; to form its outlook and the need for socially significant activities. A teacher is a person who does not get tired of developing the qualities necessary for his profession. A teacher is critical of his work, he does not rest on his laurels, moves forward and works creatively. One of such specialists is a teacher of mathematics and computer science of the municipal state institution «Complex Secondary School –kindergarten named after Trofim Klimenko» of the Department of Education for the Ulansky district of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region, an expert teacher – Kayynbaeva Nurzhan Amangeldinovna.
Nurzhan Amangeldinovna's pupils are winners of the district tour of «SKILLS FOR GEEKS» regional IT-championship, «Malakhit» regional intellectual Olympiad, «Akbota» republican intellectual Olympiad for secondary schools.
The teacher summarized her experience at the subject session "Value-oriented approach in natural-mathematical education" within the framework of the regional August conference on the topic of "Increasing the motivation of a small schools' students in computer science lessons", as well as within the framework of the annual plan of «Shygys» regional center of the Department of Education of East Kazakhstan region, spoke at online seminars with the topic of "Realization of learning objectives in summative assessment tasks as one of the conditions for successful preparation for final certification in the subject "Information".
Nurzhan Amangeldinovna is a creative teacher. She is the author of a methodical manual on preparation for final certification for the course of basic secondary school in informatics - "Informatics. Preparing for final certification."
In 2023 the teacher was awarded with the Letter of Gratitude of «SKILLS FOR GEEKS» regional championship, conducted within the frames of realization of «Digital Kazakhstan» state program and «Free IT-classes for children» initiative project of «AMANAT» party, the Certificate of Honor "For the high professionalism, the big contribution to education and training of younger generation, shown in development of sphere of education of East Kazakhstan region", the Certificate of Honor "For professionalism in pedagogical activity, success in education, active participation in trade-union work".
