At an extraordinary session of the city maslikhat, deputies unanimously supported the decision to lower the tax rate when applying a special retail tax regime from 4% to 2%, noting that this decision will help improve the business climate, reduce the tax burden on entrepreneurs, legalize business, and increase business activity of entrepreneurs of the regional center.

Also at the session, changes were made to the composition of interdepartmental commissions in connection with personnel changes.
