on Social Issues and Social Protection of the Population
On the Cultural, Moral
and Patriotic Education of Young People
The Standing Committee noted that the recommendations provided for in Resolution No. 8/2 of the Commission on Social Issues and Social Protection of the Population dated September 9, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Resolution), have not been fully implemented.
After hearing the information, the Commission DECIDED:
- To take note of the information.
- To the State Institution "Department of Culture and Language Development of the City of Ust-Kamenogorsk", the State Institution "Department of Internal Policy of the City of Ust-Kamenogorsk", the State Institution "Department of Education for the City of Ust-Kamenogorsk" of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan Region, the Municipal State Institution "Youth Resource Center of the City of Ust-Kamenogorsk" to recommend to ensure the full and high-quality implementation of all points of the Resolution.
- The State Institution "Department of Culture and Language Development of the City of Ust-Kamenogorsk" is recommended to work out the issue of free visits by students of educational institutions to theaters, museums, and other cultural institutions.
- The city maslikhat is to be informed about the implementation of this resolution by July 1, 2026.
- The commission on social issues and social protection of the population is to be responsible for monitoring the implementation of this resolution.
