On consideration of the amount of cost recovery
for homeschooling of children with disabilities

according to the individual curriculum
in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk
After hearing the information, the commission DECIDED:
Take the information into consideration.
Recommend to the state institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk" together with the state institution "Department of Education of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk" of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region:
1) to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the needs of children with disabilities from among children with disabilities who study at home according to an individual curriculum;
2) to create an up-to-date list of necessary educational, methodological, technical and other supplies, as well as services required for the organization of homeschooling, taking into account the individual educational needs of children;
3) based on the results of the analysis and calculations, prepare reasonable proposals for determining (reviewing) the amount of reimbursement for homeschooling children with disabilities from among children with disabilities.
To inform the city maslikhat about the implementation of this resolution by January 30, 2026.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the Permanent Commission on the social sphere and social protection of the population.
