On consideration of a draft

On the basis of paragraph 11 of Article 65 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property", the permanent commissions reviewed the draft agreement on the alienation for state needs of a part of a land plot with an area of 0.7634 hectares, with cadastral number 05-085-092-747 (hereinafter referred to as the Project) belonging to Service SMU LLP. There are no objections to the Draft.
