On the consideration of the draft
agreement on the alienation for
state needs
of a land plot with cadastral
number 05-085-092-794
On the basis of paragraph 11 of Article 65 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property", the permanent commissions reviewed the draft agreement on the alienation for state needs of a land plot with an area of 0.2350 hectares, with cadastral number 05-085-092-794 (hereinafter referred to as the Project) belonging to VK development group LLP. There are no objections to the Draft.
