About the work of passenger
transport in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk
After hearing the information, the commission DECIDED:
1) provide the required number of traffic schedules on the routes №10, 13, 25, 32, 228, 250 and others, according to the needs of the population and peak loads.;
2) to carry out calculations on the arrangement of stops with the subsequent provision of information to the Ust-Kamenogorsk city Maslikhat for consideration at a meeting of permanent commissions;
3) provide on an ongoing basis an audible announcement in the state and Russian languages of information about stops in public transport;
4) ensure increased monitoring of traffic schedules, especially in the evening and in remote areas of the city;
5) jointly with the branch of Almaty City Transport Holding LLP, to analyze passenger traffic using the ONAY! fare payment system in order to identify the most in-demand destinations and consider adding new routes to the city's neighborhoods under construction, where a large number of apartment buildings are being built.;
6) ensure control over the fulfillment of contractual obligations by carriers for the renewal of rolling stock, in accordance with the approved terms and conditions;
7) provide suggestions on the installation of toilets for drivers and conductors of public transport at the final stops.
1) organize informing drivers and conductors about the need to comply with ethical standards, ban drivers from smoking on public transport, and provide assistance to persons with disabilities when boarding, disembarking, and traveling on public transport;
2) consider the possibility of purchasing uniform uniforms for drivers and conductors.
1) jointly with the state institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk", the state institution "Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk", LLP "Passenger Transportation Management Center" and carriers to consider in detail the formation of a tariff for passenger transportation;
2) send a letter to the Police Department to consider the possibility of allocating separate lanes for public transport along Abai Ave., Kazakhstan St., Satpayev Ave. (on the stretch of road from Kazakhstan st. to the intersection with Basovaya st. and Zhibek Zholy st.).
