About the work of garbage

collection companies in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk

 

After hearing the information, the commission DECIDED:

  1. Take the information into consideration.
  2. Recommend to the state institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger transport and highways of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk":

         1) to ensure the holding of a tender "According to the definition of market participants who collect and transport municipal solid waste from Ust-Kamenogorsk in lots 1,2,3,4,5";

         2) provide final calculations for the registration of land plots for container sites for the collection of solid household waste;

3) make proposals for the installation of new fences for closed container sites;

4) ensure regular removal of bulky garbage from container sites;

5) take measures to improve the work of subscriber services of garbage collection organizations;

6) organize joint weekly raids of garbage collection companies with the police in order to conclude contracts for the removal of solid household waste, as well as to clarify the number of actually residing (registered) citizens.

  1. Recommend to the state institution "Department of Finance of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk" to ensure control over the fulfillment of contractual obligations stipulated in the agreement on the transfer of the waste sorting plant to trust management.
  2. Inform the city maslikhat about the implementation of this resolution by November 01, 2025.
  3. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the Permanent Commission on infrastructure development and housing and communal services.
