Meeting of the Commission

 About military-patriotic

education of youth

and psychological assistance

 

 After hearing the information, the commission DECIDED:

  1. Take the information into consideration.
  2. State Institution "Department of Internal Policy of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, State Institution "Department of Education of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk", KSU "Youth Resource Center of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk" recommend:

1) to develop and approve a joint action plan with youth organizations and veterans' associations for joint events, actions and meetings for the current academic year;

2) promote information campaigns aimed at increasing the prestige of military service and patriotic values among young people, including through social networks and the media.

  1. State Institution "Department of Education of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk" recommend:

1) provide educational seminars and trainings for school psychologists in the following areas: prevention of stress, anxiety, bullying, depressive and suicidal states;

2) organize psychological events in schools (for example, "Psychology Week", "Day of Trust", training sessions).

  1. State Institution "Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region" to consider:

1) the issue of allocating funds in 2026 for conducting field training camps and providing the necessary material and technical equipment for the educational process of the Zhas Sarbaz classes;

2) in the staffing tables, provide for a unit of qualified specialists — military personnel, instructors and officers, teachers with experience in the field of military-patriotic education;

  1. State Institution "Health Department of East Kazakhstan region": to consider the issue of the presence of a medical professional during field training camps for schoolchildren;
  2. Inform the city maslikhat about the implementation of this resolution by October 01, 2025.
  3. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the Commission on Social Sphere and Social protection of the population.
