 On the implementation of parliamentary requests

 

        After hearing the information, the commission DECIDED:

  1. Take the information into consideration.
  2. Recommend the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger transport and highways of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk":

1) based on the submitted data on deputy requests, develop a schedule for implementation, with a mandatory indication of the deadline for each request (the table is attached), as well as identify an employee to monitor the implementation of deputy requests.

        2) when sending budget applications to the State Institution "Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk", send copies to the city maslikhat.

  1. To inform the city maslikhat about the progress of the implementation of this resolution on a monthly basis by the 15th.
  2. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the Commission on infrastructure Development and Housing and communal Services.
