On consideration of the draft law
- the new Budget Code
Republic of Kazakhstan
After hearing the information, the commission DECIDED:
- Take the information into consideration.
- Recommend that the Standing Committee on Budget, Construction and Transport resubmit proposals for amendments to the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of National Economy.
- Inform the city maslikhat about the implementation of this resolution by April 20, 2025.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the Commission on budget, construction and transport issues.
