On consideration of the draft law
- the new Tax Code
Republic of Kazakhstan
After hearing the information, the commission DECIDED:
- Take the information into consideration.
- Recommend that the Standing Committee on Budget, Construction and Transport re-send proposals on amendments to the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of National Economy.
- Inform the city maslikhat about the implementation of this resolution by April 20, 2025.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the Commission on budget, construction and transport issues.
