On the Implementation of the Resolution
of the Standing Committees of the Ust-Kamenogorsk
City Maslikhat dated 30 June 2026 No. 7/2 "On
Approval of the Minimum Amount of Expenses for
the Management of a Condominium Property and the
Maintenance of the Common Property of a Condominium
Property in the City of Ust-Kamenogorsk for 2026"
Having heard the information presented, the Standing Committees RESOLVED:
- To take note of the information.
- To recommend that the State Institution "Department of Housing Relations of the City of Ust-Kamenogorsk" carry out the necessary approval procedures and ensure that the draft decision "On Approval of the Minimum Amount of Expenses for the Management of a Condominium Property and the Maintenance of the Common Property of a Condominium Property in the City of Ust-Kamenogorsk for 2026" is submitted to the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Maslikhat for consideration in accordance with the established procedure.
- To assign oversight of the implementation of this Resolution to the Standing Committee of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Maslikhat on Infrastructure Development and Housing and Communal Services.
