About the ongoing work

on integrated landscaping,

improvement of parks and squares

in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk

 

After hearing the information, the commission DECIDED:

1. Take note of the information.
2. Recommend to the state institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and highways of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk":

1) to develop a comprehensive urban greening program with calculations of the necessary amounts of financing from the budget, in the implementation of which city departments, commercial structures, enterprises, institutions, and the population should participate;

2) ensure an annual increase in the number of planting of perennial and

annual trees, shrubs and flowers;

3) to ensure an increase in the volume of landscaping in squares and parks in the city;

4) to attract qualified specialists to work on landscaping: biologists, botanists, florists, agronomists, landscape designers and specialized enterprises, following the example of Zelenstroy LLP;

5) solve the issue of putting lawns in order in the city, restore dried lawns;

6) to put the existing irrigation system in order and expand its application area;

7) organize pruning of tree branches, near pedestrian crossings, mowing grass around the city.

3. Recommend to the municipal state institution "Center for Territorial Administration of the Akimat of Ust-Kamenogorsk" to ensure that its subordinate branches monitor the implementation of measures after planting and the survival of seedlings.
4. Provide information on the implementation of this resolution to the Ust-Kamenogorsk city Maslikhat by August 20, 2026.
5. Control over the implementation of this resolution should be entrusted to the Committee on Infrastructure Development and Housing and Communal Services.
