After hearing the information, the commission DECIDED:
"3) jointly with business entities and institutions of the penal correction system, to work out the issue of opening branches of production facilities, workshops and other types of activities on the territory of institutions of the penal correction system in order to ensure the employment of convicts while serving their sentences, as well as their further employment at these enterprises after release."
