At the same time, special attention is paid to the issues of replacing financial policy with an advanced model, improving the efficiency, Justice of public administration, raising the rule of law to a higher level, and discipline. This is the message of the president, which is presented to the People, Society, the state, which is necessary for the development and prosperity of the country. In this regard, this message has fallen out of the minds of the entire population and is now widely discussed and supported in all territories of our state in the management, educational and industrial spheres, non-governmental organizations. In his address, the head of state reminded that where there is unity, there is life, and called on the citizens of the country to faithfully serve the motherland, to do good deeds, to receive deep knowledge and work hard.
