Rural districts of Uyghur district About budgets for 2023-2025 Dated December 29, 2022 On the implementation of the decision No. 7-36-165
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 9-1 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 1) of Paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and in accordance with the decision of the maslikhat of Uyghur district dated December 29, 2022 No. 7-36-165, the Akim of Sumbe rural district made a decision:
- approve the budget of Sumbe rural district for 2023-2025, respectively, in accordance with annexes 4, 5, 6 to this decision, including in the following volumes for 2023:
- 1) income of 59,074 thousand tenge, including: tax revenues 12 088 thousand tenge; non-tax receipts 0 tenge; proceeds from the sale of Fixed Assets 0 tenge; transfer receipts 46 986 thousand tenge;
- 2) expenses 59 074 thousand tenge;
- 3) net budget lending for 0 tenge, including: budget credits 0 tenge; repayment of budget credits 0 tenge;
- 4) the balance on transactions with financial assets is 0 tenge, including: purchase of financial assets 0 tenge; proceeds from the sale of State Financial Assets 0 tenge;
- 5) budget deficit (surplus) ( -) 0 tenge;
- 6) financing of the budget deficit (use of surplus) for 0 tenge, including: loan receipt 0 tenge; repayment of loans 0 tenge; used balances of budget funds 0 tenge.

- budget programs for 2023-2025 for the state institution "Department of Economics and budget planning of the Uyghur district"; Provide the state institution"Department of Finance of the Uyghur district" with a plan for financing budget programs (subprograms) on obligations and payments within the established amount for one year. 3.The Office of the Akim of Sumbe rural district should ensure the timely conduct of competitive procedures for public procurement of goods (works, services) in accordance with the procedure established by law. 4.I reserve the right to control the implementation of this decision.
