The anti-corruption analysis was carried out on the basis of the order of the head of the Department No. 147-B/N dated October 03, 2018.
In accordance with the decree of the state body, an analysis of the activities of the department and related regulatory legal acts was carried out. The reason is that the contractor goes to corrupt actions to hide the fulfillment of its obligations under the terms of the contract that have not been fulfilled by the institutions. In order to stop such situations, in order to prevent corruption, the first deputy akim of the region and the head of the Department hold a regular weekly meeting of the headquarters of construction facilities.
In order to conduct online monitoring of the objects under construction in the region, an online map system has been introduced.
Online monitoring includes:

- Electronic version of the POI;
- production schedule of the facility;
- passport of the object;
- electronic filling of executive and technical documents by the relevant customer, author's and technical supervision institutions;

The department has a high risk of corruption due to the high probability of communication actions on the part of a potential supplier during a public procurement competition. In order to prevent such actions, a special organization for organizing a single competition has been established.
The department submits applications for conducting a competition of budget investment projects to the Regional Department of Public Procurement, created specifically for public procurement competitions.
Personnel management, including personnel exchange: for 6 months of 2020, the total number of employees is 41, actual – 28, including 13 vacancies.
The Department of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on the procedure for consideration of Appeals of individuals and legal entities"»Checked on the database "information service" of the committee on Legal Statistics and special registration of the prosecutor general's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In general, appeals to the department from individuals (8) and legal entities (24) were considered on time, and all appeals were resolved positively. It is not established whether it contributes to the commission of corruption offenses.
The schedule of days of reception of citizens by the head and deputies of the Department on personal issues has been approved, and according to this schedule, the reception is issued with 3 cards.

The fight against corruption is carried out on the basis of a specially prepared State program. The laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on combating corruption", "on civil service" pay great attention to social and legal control. The reasons for bribery in the first place,On Monday, every two weeks, under the chairmanship of the head and deputies of the Department, explanatory work is carried out on the fight against corruption in order to prevent corruption, employees of the department are instructed to adhere to the basic principles of combating corruption and strengthen responsibility for offenses that create conditions for corruption, take into account the Prevention of corruption manifestations, draw up a protocol and get acquainted with all employees.
In addition, together with the Department of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and anti-corruption in Turkestan region, meetings of employees of the department are held on a regular basis this year, aimed at improving the legal culture and preventing corruption.
