Department of Health of Turkestan region (Kazakhstan) and the United Nations Children’s fund (UNICEF) is looking for an institutional consultancy to provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan in support planning, capacity building and implementation of the assessment of a pilot, utilizing Kazakhstan’s Standards for psychosocial support of children and adolescents living with HIV or other chronic diseases.
