The situation with the return of passenger train tickets has stabilized

The situation with the return of passenger train tickets has stabilized. At the moment, travel documents worth 3.6 billion tenge have been handed over to the ticket offices of Passenger transportation JSC. From March 12 to 26, Kazakhstanis returned 578 thousand railway tickets.

 

An announcement about the return of unused tickets is broadcast at train stations. Railway employees also talk to passengers near ticket offices about the need to keep a distance of at least two meters from each other. 

 

In passenger trains, the conductors are required to check the health status of passengers, cleaning the cars is carried out strictly according to the schedule, and the rules of disinfection are observed.
