Queuing up for receiving a land plot
A queue for a land plot is a type of public service provided through the office of the servicer and the e-Government web portal www.egov.kz . The form of rendering public services in electronic and paper form. Necessary documents in case of contacting the service provider: an application for a queue to receive a land plot in a special form, an identity document (for identification); when contacting the portal: an application for queuing for a land plot in accordance with Annex 1 to these Rules in the form of an electronic document certified by the service recipient's EDS.
In accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015, if the recipient of the service applies outside working hours, on weekends and holidays, the application is accepted and the results of the provision of public services are provided on the next working day.
The accepted application is sent within 1 (one) working day to the authorized body for land relations. The responsible executor of the authorized body for land relations considers the application and draws up a notification of the special registration of the application, or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide public services within 9 (nine) working days.
