On changes in prices for rental commercial property in the first half of 2020

In the first half of 2020, prices for renting restaurants and catering outlets decreased by 7.2%, trading premises – by 3.6%, consumer service points – by 3.4%, office premises – by 2.7%, warehouses – by 0.7%, industrial premises – by 0.1%, other types of commercial real estate – by 6.1%.

In June of this year, compared to December 2019, increase in prices wasrecorded for the rental of production workshops by 0.7%, industrial bases – by 0.6%, class “B” warehouses – by 0.5%, dry cleaners and laundries – by 0.3%.
