In January-April of 2020 217 592 cars were registered
In January-April 2020, in the Republic of Kazakhstan, 217592 passenger cars were registered or by 29,5% less than the corresponding period of the previous year. As of May 1, 2020 in the Republic of Kazakhstan the number of registered passenger cars amounted 3932,4 thousand units.1)
In January-April of the current year, 3335 road traffic accidents were registered, in which 4820 people were injured. In comparison with the period of the last year, accident rate decreased by 21,4%.2)
As of May 1, 2020 insurance companies with the compulsory insurance of civil-entitled responsibility of transport owners implemented 25056 insurance payments in the amount of 10 billion tenge.3)
