Industrial production index in January-December 2022 amounted 101.1%

 

The increase in production volumes was recorded in 13 regions of the republic, a significant increase was noted in Akmola (by 13.4%), Zhambyl (by 10.2%),  Abay (by 9.7%), regions and in the Almaty city (by 9.6%). At the same time, a decrease was recorded in Turkestan (by 6.3%), Kostanay (by 5.5%),  Аtyrau (by 2.1%), Kyzylorda (by 1.8%), Batys Kazakhstan (by 1%) and Pavlodar (by 0.5%) regions.

January- December 2022 produced industrial products in the amount of 48007 billion tenge, of which in the mining industry - 24644 billion tenge (51.3% of the total), in the manufacturing industry - 20697 billion tenge (43.1%).

Compared to 2021 there is an increase in the production of non-ferrous metal ores (104.7%), the production of beverages (111.2%), tobacco products (107.9%), chemical (110.2%) and metallurgical industries (101.9%), rubber and plastic products (102.1%).
