Industrial production index in January-July 2022 amounted 102.7%

The increase in production volumes was recorded in 16 regions of the republic, the largest growth was noted in the Abay region (by 8.7%), in the Shymkent city (by 8.4%) and East Kazakhstan (by 8%). At the same time, a decrease was recorded in Zhetisu (by 6.4%), Pavlodar (by 3.8%), Kyzylorda (by 3.5%) and Kostanay (by 1.7%) regions.

January-July 2022 produced industrial products in the amount of 28085 billion tenge, of which in the mining industry - 14957 billion tenge (53.2% of the total), in the manufacturing industry - 11597 billion tenge (41.3%).

Compared to January-July 2021 there is an increase in the production of crude oil (100.3%), natural gas (102.2%), the production of beverages (109.1%), tobacco products (116.7%), chemical (110.6%) and metallurgical industries (105.3%), rubber and plastic products (105.3%), finished metal products, except machinery and equipment (103%).
