Republic of Kazakhstan of construction in 2021

In 2021, the volume of construction work (services) amounted to 5 530,7 billion tenge and increased by 8.3% compared to 2020. At the same time, 77.2% of the total volume of construction work in the republic was carried out by private construction organizations, foreign - 22.3% and state - 0.5%.

 

Commissioning of facilities

In 2021 45 264 new buildings were completed, of which 42 997 are residential and 2 267 non-residential. Total area of commissioned residential buildings 16.9 billion square metres, compared to last year 10,3%. Put into operation comprehensive schools - 93, pre-school institutions - 32, out-patient and dispensary institution – 19, hospitals – 12.
