IN JANUARY-MARCH OF 2019 220 788 CARS WERE REGISTERED

In January-March 2019, in the Republic of Kazakhstan, 220788 passenger cars were registered or by 10,2% more than the corresponding period of the previous year. As of April 1, 2019 in the Republic of Kazakhstan the number of registered passenger cars amounted 3693,3 thousand units.1)

During January-March of current year 2850 road-transportation incidents were registered, in which 4203 people suffered. In comparison with the corresponding period of previous year road accident decreased by 6,5%.2)

As of April 1, 2019 insurance companies with the compulsory insurance of civil-entitled responsibility of transport owners implemented 18178 insurance payments in the amount of 6,9 billion tenge.3)
