Food consumption data obtained from a sample survey of 12 000 households by standard of living.

Consumption of main foodstuff, on average per capita – the amount of food (separately for each type of food) consumed on average by one household member during the considered period of time. It is calculated by dividing the volume of consumption of certain types of food products by the number of household members present. For the enlarged groups, consumption is calculated taking into account the recalculation of the components into the primary product.
