The industrial production index in January-February 2022 amounted 104.7%

An increase in production volumes was recorded in 14 regions of the republic, a noticeable increase was noted in the Atyrau region (115% by January-February 2021). At the same time, a decrease was recorded in Aktobe, Kyzylorda and Pavlodar regions.

In January-February 2022 industrial products were produced in the amount of 7270.4 billion tenge, of which in the mining industry - by 3831.8 billion tenge (52.7% of the total volume), in the manufacturing industry - by 2923.9 billion tenge (40.2%).

Compared to January-February 2021 there is an increase in crude oil (109.2%) and natural gas production (108.9%), beverage production (116.5%), tobacco products (114.9%), metallurgical industry (102.8%), rubber and plastic products (108.7%), pharmaceutical (117%) and other non-metallic mineral products (102.1%)
