In 2020, the average per capita nominal income of the population was 116 126 tenge

The average per capita nominal monetary income of the population in 2020 amounted on average per month to 116126 tenge and in nominal terms increased by 11.4% compared to 2019. Taking into account the change of prices for consumer goods and services for this period by 6.8%, in real terms, the monetary income of the population increased by 4.3% compare to the last year.

The maximum value of per capita nominal monetary income of the population in 2020 was in Atyrau region, where this indicator exceeded the national average by almost 2 times.

The regions with the lowest income remained Turkistan region and Shymkent City, as accounted 55-65% of the republican level.

The difference between the maximum and minimum values of the average per capita nominal monetary income of the population among the regions in 2020 was 3.4 times (in 2019 – 4 times).
