On changes in prices for lease of commercial real estate

In 2020 prices for renting restaurants and catering decreased by 5.2%, office premises - by 3.6%, consumer service points - by 3.5%, retail premises - by 3.1%, others types of commercial real estate - by 4.8%. Prices for renting parking lots increased by 0.3%, industrial premises – by 0.2%.

In December 2020, compared to December 2019, the largest price reduction was recorded for the rental of currency exchange offices by 7.2%, cafes - by 7%, hairdressers and beauty salons - by 6.7%, restaurants - by 6.4%, dry cleaners and laundries, car washes - by 5.2% each, boutiques in trading houses, shopping and entertainment centers – by 3.8%.
