In January-November of 2020 720026 cars were registered

In January-November 2020, in the Republic of Kazakhstan, 720026 passenger cars were registered or by 10,8% less than the corresponding period of the previous year. As of December 1, 2020 in the Republic of Kazakhstan the number of registered passenger cars amounted 3898,1 thousand units.¹⁾

In January-November of the current year, 11837 road traffic accidents were registered, in which 17193 people were injured. In comparison with the period of the last year, accident rate decreased by 20,2%.²⁾

As of December 1, 2020 insurance companies with the compulsory insurance of civil-entitled responsibility of transport owners implemented 62346 insurance payments in the amount of 26,1 billion tenge.³⁾
