In January-October of 2020 650 298 cars were registered

In January-October 2020, in the Republic of Kazakhstan, 650298 passenger cars were registered or by 12,8% less than the corresponding period of the previous year. As of November 1, 2020 in the Republic of Kazakhstan the number of registered passenger cars amounted 3895,8 thousand units.¹⁾

In January-October of the current year, 10408 road traffic accidents were registered, in which 15123 people were injured. In comparison with the period of the last year, accident rate decreased by 22,3%.²⁾

As of November 1, 2020 insurance companies with the compulsory insurance of civil-entitled responsibility of transport owners implemented 55994 insurance payments in the amount of 23,4 billion tenge.³⁾
