On changes in prices for lease of commercial real estate
For 9 months in 2020 cost of renting restaurants and catering declined to 7.2%, office premises – by 3.9%, consumer service points – by 3.8%, trading premises – by 3.3%, warehouses – by 0.6%, industrial premises – by 0.1%, other types of commercial real estate – by 5.2%.

In September 2020 compared to August per month price increase was noted for the rent of fitness clubs and gyms by 6.7%, canteens – by 4.7%, stores – by 2.8%, stations for technical maintenance and repair – by 2%.
