On Amendments to the decision of Temirtau City Maslikhat No. 13/4 of February 22, 2024 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Establishing its Size and Determining the list of certain categories of Citizens in need"

Temirtau City Maslikhat DECIDED:

1. Make the following amendment to the decision of the Temirtau City Maslikhat dated February 22, 2024 No. 13/4 "On approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, establishing its Size and Determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need" (registered in the Registerof State регистрацRegistration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 6559-09), следующее изменение:

inthe Rules for providing social assistance, determining its size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need, approved by the specified decision:

subparagraph 1) of paragraph 2 should read as follows:

 "1) State Corporation "Government for Citizens "(hereinafter referred to as the State Corporation) – a legal entity established by a decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide public services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organize work on receiving applications for public services and issuing their results to the serviceв recipient on the "one-stop shop"principle, ensure the provision of provision ofpublic services in electronic form;".

2. This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
