On expanding the list and categories of recipients of invataxi services

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and self-regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 31 of the Rules for the Provision of services for the transportation of Persons with Disabilities by Road, approved by Order No. 859 of the Acting Minister of Transport and Communications  of the Republicof Kazakhstan dated November 1, 2013 "On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Services for the Transportation of Persons withDisabilities disabled by motor transport" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative legal Acts under No. 8950) акимат города Temirtau city Akimat DECIDES:

  1. Expand the list of facilities and destinations for providing Invataxi services with the following listof facilities andи destinations:

municipal state institution "Karaganda regional SpecializedBiblioteca for the Blind and visually impaired";

medical institutions of the city of Karaganda (except for cases of providing urgent (urgent) medical care);

airport and railway stations of the city of Karaganda;

organizations that provide special social services in the city of Karaganda;

municipal state institution "Center for support of children with autism" of the Department of Education of the Karaganda region";

кmunicipalstate-owned enterprise "House of Culture forthe Blind and visually impaired" Atthe Board of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the Karaganda region.

  1. Expand the categories of recipients of invataxi services in Temirtau with the following categories:

children with disabilities under the age of 18 who have difficulty moving;

persons with disabilities of the second group who have amputated stumps of the lower extremities;

persons with disabilities of the second group who move with the help of a walker;

children with disabilities with neuropsychiatric diseases;

children with disabilities with autism spectrum disorder.

  1. 3. Declare invalid:

  1. 4. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the deputy akim of Temirtau city Ziyashev Samat
  2. 5. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
