In accordance with Article 38 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, guided by subparagraph 26) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Articles 17, 122, 125 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property", Order of the Acting Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 2017 No. 1202 "On approval of the Model Charter (General Regulations) of a State institution, with the exception of a state institution that is a state body and the Model Charter of a State Enterprise",registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 29, 2017 No. 15813, the Akimat of Temirtau city DECIDES:

1. Create a Municipal state institution "Crisis Center for Social Assistance in Temirtau".
2. Approve the Charter of the Municipal State Institution "Crisis Center for Social Assistance of Temirtau" in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution should be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim города of Temirtau city.
