Atlases of professions have already been developed, which identify the needs for personnel in the medium term. In this regard, there is a need to link them to the needs for personnel for a longer period and provide training for appropriate specialists from among local personnel.
Therefore, it is planned to attract 100 best foreign specialists in professions that are often attracted and at the same time scarce for Kazakhstan. The task of these specialists will be the transfer of knowledge and training of Kazakhstanis employed in production.

Based on the experience of the OECD countries, it is proposed to review the conditions for obtaining investment and business visas for foreign businesses that have simultaneously invested more than 300 thousand US dollars in the economy of Kazakhstan. The "investment visa" will give you the right to a 10-year residence permit. The visa holder will be able to register a business, own property, and conduct financial transactions.
This will make the goal of attracting up to 100 business investors a year to Kazakhstan more realistic, especially in the field of creative industry development.
