In connection with the ongoing registration of the incidence of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 and in order to prevent the further spread of CVI among the population of the Karaganda region, and the recommendationInterdepartmental Commission for Prevention of the occurrence and spread of coronavirus infection in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan A new resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Karaganda region No. 25 dated 14.07.2021 was adopted "On amendments and additions to the resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Karaganda region No. 23 - K dated July 10, 2021Қ" according to which even when using the Ashyq appAshyq, activities at the following facilities are suspended on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) :
- Baths;
- Second-tier banks, branches of JSC "Kazpost";
- Public service centers;
- Children's correction rooms, children's and adult educational centers
- Religious sites;
And at sites where the Ashyq appis used, it is allowed to work until 20.00 hours, on weekdays, with suspension of activity on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).:
- Swimming pools;
- Theaters, cinemas, concert halls, philharmonic halls;
- Billiard rooms;
- Computer clubs, including PlayStation clubs;
- Bowling alley;
- Circus;
- Banquet halls (holding commemorations, serving by the type of restaurants and cafes);
- Karaoke service
Введены There are restrictions on working hours with the suspension of activities on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the following objects that are allowed to work until 17.00 hours:
- open markets (food, non-food );
- Children's entertainment centers (indoor) with an area of up to and over 1000 sq. m. when using «the "Ashyq" project»,
- sauna, SPA centers, withsportcomplex, sports centres, fitness clubs, fitness centres, including yoga centres catering facilities (indoor), including the type of restaurant, cafes and coffee houses,objects of public catering by type canteens, foodcourts, summer pad in the use of the project "Ashyq" permitted to work until 20.00 hours with a resolution of works for the delivery of food;
And streetfood outlets (free-standing tent, stall, kiosk, etc.) are allowed to work until 20.00 hours, with food delivery without restrictions;
In addition to previously active organics, it is prohibited to:
- visits to children's homes and orphanages, medical and social facilities for the elderly and people with disabilities, social rehabilitation centers, educational institutions for disabled children, boarding schools;
- visits to children's homes and orphanages, including by potential parents to meet with orphaned children for their further adoption, establishment of guardianship, guardianship;
- the operation of intra-city public transport (shuttle buses, minibuses)is suspended on weekends (Saturday and Sunday);
Organizations and offices need to ensure that 80% of their employees are transferred to remote work mode, and 20% are transferred to full-time work mode, with the exception of those who have been vaccinated and have been ill for the last three months.
The resolution comes into force from 00.00 hours on July 17, 2021.
