on the implementation of the work plan for the organization of propaganda and the use of state symbols for 2024
State symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Flag, Coat of Arms, Anthem) The State Institution «Department of Employment and Social Programs of Sarani» applies in accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Approval of the Rules of Use (installation, placement) The National Flag, the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their images, as well as the text of the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan».
The Department of Employment and Social Programs of Sarani City has a permanent commission for the acquisition, use and destruction of State Symbols that have fallen into disrepair.
The State symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Flag, Coat of Arms) are also installed in the office of the first head.
The organization's seal and letterheads of the State Institution «Department of Employment and Social Programs of Sarani city», which contain images of the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, were purchased from licensed organizations.
The replacement and destruction of the symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan that have become unusable is carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On approval of the Rules for the replacement and destruction of the National Flag and the National Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan that do not comply with national standards».
The department also annually approves an action plan for the promotion and use of state symbols.
This year, according to the action plan for 2024, the following events have been held:
– conversations were held with family members who bring up children who receive services at home about the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Flag, Coat of Arms, Anthem;
– On May 29, the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 4, 2007 No. 258 «On State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan», Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 2, 2007 No. 873 «Rules for the placement of the National Flag, the National Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the text of the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan» were studied as part of a comprehensive legal education;
– during the year, surveys of state symbols for replacement and destruction that do not comply with the new national standard were conducted.
