Implementation of the National Project for the development of entrepreneurship for 2021-2025 in the city of Sarani in 2023.
In the 12 months of 2023, 2,155 people applied for employment assistance, 2,091 people were employed.
In order to ensure employment, 271 people have been sent to public works since the beginning of the year.
38 graduates have been sent to youth practice.
Employed by projects:
- "Silver Age" - 61 people;
- "First workplace" - 35 people;
- "Contract of generations" - 2 people.
35 people have completed vocational training courses at the request of employers (with the payment of a scholarship) and are employed.
66 people have been trained in the basics of entrepreneurship under the Bastau Business project.
21 people were sent to social jobs.
In order to provide social protection to socially vulnerable segments of the population, the city adopted the resolution of the Akimat of Sarani dated December 1, 2022 No. 78/02 "On the establishment of a quota of jobs" for 2023. Thus, in 2023, 3 persons with disabilities and 4 persons who are subject to probation and released from prison were employed according to the quota.
In order to expand the employment opportunities of citizens, 14 job fairs were held in 2023. The unemployment rate in the city of Sarani is 4.1%, regional 4.1%, republican 4.7%.
10 grants have been issued for the opening and expansion of their own business to citizens belonging to the SUSS. The grant amount is up to 400 MCI or up to 1,380,000 tenge.
7 micro-loans were provided on a competitive basis, for young people who want to start an entrepreneurial activity or who are engaged in entrepreneurship (no more than 5 years). Micro-loans were issued through JSC Agrarian Credit Corporation. The nominal interest rate is no more than 2.5% per annum. The maximum loan amount is up to 5 million tenge.
The state service "Issuance, extension and revocation of a work permit for an immigrant".
In 2023, the employment sector received 202 applications from labor immigrants, 152 of them for the issuance of an employment permit, 50 for extension. Of the 202 applications received, 140 were approved and 62 were rejected.
In 2023, there were no applications with an overdue deadline for the provision of the state service "Issuance, extension and revocation of a work permit for an immigrant" in the employment sector.
Job creation within the framework of National Projects.
In the city of Saran in 2023, the plan to create jobs within the framework of National Projects amounted to 847 places, 864 jobs were actually created, and the plan was executed by 102%.

The number of employed workers in the city of Sarani is 7,240 people, of whom 6988 people, 97%, have employment contracts. The number of unique enterprises is 403, of which 380, 94% are connected to the ECUTD.
The republican contest "Enbek Zholy".
In 2023, the employment sector of Sarani received 3 applications to participate in the republican competition "Enbek Zholy". By decision of the city commission:
- the submitted materials for the application for the nomination "The best young production worker" were returned for non-compliance with the requirements, the total work experience is more than 5 years;
- 2 applications in the nominations "The best mentor of working youth" and "The best young worker of production" were sent to participate in the competition at the regional stage.
At the regional level of the competition, a participant from the city of Sarani in the nomination "The best mentor of working youth" took 2nd place.
Social partnership
The issue of prevention and prevention of labor conflicts at the enterprises of the city is under the control of the city tripartite commission on social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations. In 2023, 4 meetings of the commission were held (under plan 3), at which 11 issues were considered, 8 of them on the regulation of social and labor relations. The Commission made appropriate decisions on all the issues considered, which had a positive impact on the stabilization of social and labor relations in the city.
On an ongoing basis, monitoring is conducted for enterprises planning to release employees, to reduce staff units, as well as the availability of arrears in salary payments, compulsory medical insurance, social contributions and mandatory pension contributions to employees.
Republican competition on social responsibility of business "Paryz".
This year, the employment sector received three applications from enterprises to participate in the republican contest "Paryz" – LLP "A.V. Group", LLP "SKEP", LLP "Logistics logger". All three enterprises passed the regional stage of the competition and, by the decision of the Karaganda regional expert working group, were sent to the republican stage from the Karaganda region. In December of this year, the results of the Republican competition were summed up in Astana. The teams of "A.V." LLP Group", SKEP LLP, Logistics logger LLP were awarded letters of thanks from the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Zhakupova for active participation in the competition on social responsibility of business "Paryz-2023" in the nomination "The best socially responsible enterprise".
