The state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Flag, Coat of Arms, Anthem) in the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of Sarani" are used in accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Rules of Use (installation placement) The National Flag, the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their images, as well as the text of the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of Sarani" has a permanent commission for the acquisition, use and destruction of obsolete State symbols.
The State Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan is placed on the building of the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of Saran", located at 45 Pobedy Street, Saran, which is illuminated at night.
The State symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan (flag, coat of arms) are also installed in the office of the first head.
The seal of the organization and the letterhead of the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of Sarani", where there are images of the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, were purchased from licensed organizations.
The replacement and destruction of the symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan that have become unusable is carried out in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Rules for the replacement and destruction of the National Flag, the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan that do not meet national standards."
The department also annually approves an action plan for the promotion and use of state symbols.
This year, according to the action plan for 2023, the following events were held:
- conversations were held with family members in which children who receive services at home are brought up about the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Flag, Coat of Arms, Anthem;
- within the framework of legal education, on May 29, a study was conducted of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 4, 2007 No. 258 "On State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 2, 2007 No. 873 "Rules for placing the National Flag, the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the text of the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
- during the year, surveys of state symbols for replacement and destruction that do not comply with the new national standard were conducted.
