The person who is the recipient of targeted social assistance
is provided with information confirming the applicant's (family's) affiliation to recipients of targeted social assistance through the web portal of the electronic government.
Information confirming that the applicant (family) belongs to the recipients of targeted social assistance is available in the "personal account" of the service recipient and in the mobile application of the "E-government portal".
Information confirming that the applicant (family) belongs to the recipients of targeted social assistance is provided at the request of individuals sent through the "portal", subject to the consent of the person whose information is requested.
The person whose information is requested, within 2 (two) hours from the moment
of receipt of the request, expresses his consent or disagreement to provide
information confirming that he (his family) belongs to the recipients
targeted social assistance to individuals through the "personal account" on the "portal", or by sending an SMS message to a cellular subscriber number
registered in the database of mobile citizens, as a response to the notification of the "portal" using a one-time password.
On the "portal", a notification of the appointment (refusal to appoint) benefits, as well
as information about the appointment of targeted social assistance, is sent to the "personal account" of the service recipient.
After obtaining consent, information confirming the affiliation
the applicant (family) to the recipients of targeted social assistance is sent to the "personal account" of the individual who made the request.
The term of rendering the state service: from the date of delivery to the portal - 15 minutes.
The result of the provision of public services: information confirming the affiliation (or lack of affiliation) of the applicant to the recipients of targeted social assistance.
There is no reason to refuse a public service.
