THE RIGHTS OF THE SERVICE RECIPIENT HAVE BEEN RESTORED

A resident of the city of Karaganda faced some difficulties on the part of the local executive body when extending the lease of a land plot.
Having not received a clear explanation from the akimat, the citizen decided to protect his rights by filing a complaint with the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Karaganda region.
In turn, according to the results of the inspection conducted by the Department, it was found that the tenant did not violate contractual obligations, and there are also no legal grounds for refusal issued by the akimat, an order was made to eliminate violations and restore the rights of the tenant. This decision allowed a resident of Karaganda to use the land legally.
This situation reflects the importance of protecting civil rights and the need to ensure transparency in the actions of government agencies in providing services to the public.
In case of administrative barriers (violation of deadlines, the demand for unnecessary documents, the admission of manifestations of bureaucracy and red tape, etc.) During the receipt of public services to service recipients, you can apply with proposals to the Department at 39 Nursultan Nazarbayev Ave. or via the E-application platform.
