The international ethnocultural festival "Auyl Fest. Goose breeding" was held for the first time in our region, in which the chairman of the "Auyl" party and Majilisman Serik Yegizbayev, the akim of the North Kazakhstan region Gauez Nurmukhambetov, as well as guests from Hungary, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan and other regions of Kazakhstan took part. Foreign experts and specialists exchanged experience, innovations and knowledge in poultry farming, discussing issues related to raising geese, processing products and producing compound feed.
"Poultry farming is successfully developing in the region. 9 poultry farms annually produce half a billion eggs and 8 thousand tons of meat. A poultry farm for 10 thousand tons is under construction. Our farmers should pay special attention to the development of goose farming, since our region has high potential in this area. Goose breeding and waste-free production can become a stable source of income for rural residents. Under the "Auyl Amanaty" program, villagers will be able to receive microloans at 2.5% for business development, including goose farming, which will open up new opportunities for the expansion of this industry," the head of the region wrote on social networks.
The festival also included a fair with the participation of leading goose breeders, and foreign and local chefs demonstrated goose dishes in a culinary competition. There was also a concert with the participation of ethno-folklore ensembles, goose racing and national games. This international festival has become an important platform for strengthening cultural ties, as well as for preserving national traditions through culture and gastronomy.
