Construction of a donut production plant underway in NKR

At a meeting of the Akimat of North Kazakhstan region, the CEO of Bakerton Marina Bayandina spoke about the progress of construction of a donut production plant in Petropavl.

The construction of the plant continues on the territory of the Kyzylzhar SEZ, where work on the construction of reinforced concrete foundations is currently being completed, and the installation of metal structures has begun. 37 billion tenge will be invested in the project, providing 380 jobs.

"Two fully automated donut production lines will be installed at the plant. When it reaches full capacity, the plant will be able to produce up to 15 thousand tons of products per year. The project is being fully supported by government agencies," Marina Bayandina said.

The Akim of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov emphasized the prospects of this project and assured that the state will fulfill its obligations to provide engineering infrastructure in the subzones of the Kyzylzhar SEZ.
